This is one of two go to spots our family has for sushi and I must say this last time missed the mark a bit. Service is a 10/10 always. I believe our servers name was Riley and he was a sweetheart. Cracked jokes with us all night. Our favorite roll here is the rose roll and the various DLT's. We've been trying new menu items on our recent visits and they simply miss the mark. This last one was their lobster roll with the lobster dumped on top. It sounds and looks great but just fell short. Lacked in flavor and uniqueness. Wish they offered chef specials where you could just tell the chef what kind of fish you wanted, fresh or fried, spicy or mild and they could creat something fun for you. Regardless I'd still recommend them and we'll be back to try something new next time.
My boyfriend and I ate here tonight and the food did not disappoint! Upon walking in, the place was very clean and we were instructed to choose anywhere to eat. We decided upon the bar! The waitress took our drink orders almost immediately and the whole ordering process was simple! We got cucumber octopus sunonomo, baked green mussels, clam miso soup (yum! delicious!) and a few rolls. All the food was amazing and fresh and we especially liked the salmon sushi. You can't go wrong with the tempura rolls! I'm sad we're moving out of Palmdale because this was one of the best places I've eaten sushi at!

William, our server, was a professional. He was attentive, pleasant, accommodating, detail-oriented, and experienced. Our dinner here was definitely improved from last time because of him. Everyone's favorite roll was the Kaze roll, so we had to order two. The only roll everyone thought was forgettable was the blue ocean (topped with tons of blue crab)-- it was bland. I think their portions are great, and presentation is nice.
Ordered salmon collar, spicy tuna hand roll with a side of five and going back tomorrow to order the same thing! Will also try the yellow tail and I'll let cha know.
